MINDFUL PROGRAM
Sometimes committing regular time and space can be stressful or even counter productive for the company, team and employees. Mindful programs are two hours that the company can schedule anytime within a month. The program can be separated however the team finds fit. From 20 minute meditation sessions to 30 minute lunch breaks or even an hour after work. Sessions can be any style or a mix. Program is aimed to create more awareness within your space, team and employees. Although not regular, program encourages mindfulness in and out of the work environment. |

Aimed to create a consistent space for your team to regularly stretch, breath and release tension within the week. Wellness programs, minimum twice a week , can be scheduled into, before or after the work day. Companies can pick and mix any style; from meditation, yoga to fitness. Sessions can range from 20, 30, 60 or 90 minutes, Organized however seems fit for your company, personalized for your team. |
